Event & Games Hire


Are the games supplied with a supervisor?

No, all our games are self-managed, so we are hiring the game only with no personnel. Full instructions will be provided and each game has an attached simple instruction holder on the back or side.

Length of Hire and Delivery?

We will be organising our own delivery using a truck with a hydraulic lifter for ease of unloading of the games. We will provide the games a number of days before the event and pick them up early in the following week so you will have the games for at least 3 days - we are not rushing to hire them to someone else!!

If you only want the Games for a short period of time and need them picked up straight after the event, we can arrange this in advance.

Can we use the games outdoors?

Yes they can be used outdoors if the weather is fine. We do have semi-waterproof dust covers for the games to protect them during transport and these can be used to cover the games in case of wet weather, ideally we would prefer they be brought undercover. Most of the games are on swivel braked wheels, so they can be rolled into position. They are not suitable for gravel, uneven or sloping surfaces or any access using stairs. We reserve the right to cancel delivery if the surface is not suitable. We can come and view the site if necessary.

Are there any cancellation fees?

We will always work with you to try and reschedule your event at no penalty to you, however we reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fees - except where there is inclement weather.

  • If the Event is cancelled more than seven (7) days prior to the Event commencement – no cancellation fee

  • If the Event is cancelled less than seven (7) days and more than 48 hours prior to the Event commencement – a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the Tax Invoice amount will apply

  • If the Event is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the Event commencement – a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the Tax Invoice amount will apply

What if it is forecast for a wet weather event?

We understand for outdoor events, there may be a need to cancel the event at short notice. Either you or we can cancel the Event without any cancellation fees being applicable. We will endeavour to reschedule or accomodate your needs at a future date.

To be clear, even if you wish to continue an Event during Inclement Weather, we can still cancel our participation in the Event if we consider that there is risk of damage to the equipment or risks of injury to the Event participants.

What is provided with the games?

Each game comes with all equipment for completing the game - rings, balls etc. There will be some additional items required if any items are lost during play. A small restocking fee of $10 will be charged if there is a large number of lost items.

What if the game is damaged during play?

All of the games have been built with sturdy materials, and we expect some wear and tear on the paint and timber components. However, if we believe there is wilful damage to the game we will deduct this from the bond held.
